• 1. What is T-RANKS?

  T-RANKS is a provider of content distribution, brand mentions and content placements services on relevant websites to client’s industry.

• 2. Do I get new placements every month?

  T-RANKS is a rental based service. This means the number of placements you buy (rent) is set and does not increase every month. This applies to Base, Honos, Salus, Daiss and Tech sub-services.

  T-POST, T-EDIT and T-EDU services are one time payment.

• 3. Google Search Console picked up my placements but website links are gone. Why?

  We sometimes, rarely, encounter a caching bug that removes all external links from the website.It should fix itself within few days.

  Contact us if the issue persists.

• 4. There have been many delays, when will the second charge take place?

  Default billing cycle is 30 days.

  We add to this:
  – any delays that occurred before we started the actual work
  – distribution time divided by 2

  For example:
  You order 10 placements and want them distributed at a rate of 1 placement per day aka 10 days total. It took 2 days of back-and-forth communication between us before starting the distribution.

  Your next billing charge will come in:
  30 + 2 + 5 = 37
  30 (default) + 2 (delay) + 5 (distribution time divided by two)

  In any case, the second charge will come only once all your placements are already live.

• 5. How does it work?

  This is what happens once we receive your order:

  1. From our portfolio of sites (currently around 1000) we pick the ones best suited for your website and industry.

  2. We write, format and optimize content about your website and brand.

  3. We publish the your content and placments on our network.

  This is all happening in the background, hands-free for you.

• 6. What about content relevance?

  We always strife to distribute your placements on as relevant websites as possible.

  However, there are thousands of niches and sub-niches and it is not possible to be 100% tailored to all.

  For example, if your niche is “cute chihuahua harness”, we will place your content on more general website about dogs.

• 7. What is the TAT (Turn Around Time)?

  Depends on your choice.

  You can choose between from 1 placements every 3 days all the way up to 3 placements per day by default.

  Custom rate is also an option, simply contact us after placing your order.

• 8. How many websites and metions can I use?

  Each placement can have a single linked website mention.

  So if you order 5 placements, that is 5 linked brand mentions.

• 9. When can I expect to see search engine rank improvement?

  We do not guarantee any search engines rankings improvements.

  With that said, if your website is well optimized for search engines, our placements have the potential to increase search engine rankings.

• 11. Do you accept foreign language websites?

  Yes, we can create placements mentioning website that is not in English.

  However, the content we write and distribute will always be in English.

  It will not be in your website’s language.

• 12. What is your refund policy?

  For full refund policy please refer to our Terms of Service.

• 13. Do you need content from me?

  No, we will write the content.

  Demanding content from you would greatly delay things and defeat the purpose of hands-free service.

• 14. Is there any guarantee?

  Yes. We guarantee that your brand mentions will be placed on our network of websites. If we fail to deliver for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund.

• 15. Why is the fee monthly and not one time like with most of other services?

  Because you pay for (rent) a front-page placement. Front-page of a website is the most prominent placements spot and slots are limited.

• 16. What type of websites and industries is this service for?

  T-RANKS is best used for long-term projects. For example, local area services, established business, eCommerce stores or affiliate websites.

  It does not work well for quick, short-terms gains.

• 17. How many placements should I buy?

  That heavily depends on your goals. Generally speaking, for tougher competition, choose bigger package.

• 18. What words should I use for my website mention?

  That is very individual and changes from website to website. Generally speaking, including your brand name with combination of words closely related to your business is a good approach.

• 19. Can I rank in search engines with T-RANKS alone?

  T-RANKS alone will probably not increase your search engine rankings .

  It takes a lot of effort to do proper SEO these days.

  Things like having valuable and up to date content appreciated by both humans and search engine bots, regular engagement on social media, using strong hosting so your website loads fast or making sure there are no technical errors.

• 20. Is there one time payment option?

  With T-RANKS no, but we have 3, 6 and 12 months packages with heavily discounts.

• 21. How long do the placements stay on the front-page?

  For as long as you are subscribed.

• 22. How many other placements will share the front-page with mine?

  Depends on the sub-service you use:

  Base – 20
  Daiss – 15
  Tech – 15
  Salus – 15
  Honos – 12
  Amuso – 15

• 23. When I cancel, will the placements get removed or just move from the front-page?

  Placements will move from the front-page.

  If the content contains linked brand mention of your website, that will be removed.

  Unlinked mention will remain present.

• 24. I have selected long distribution time, can I move the billing date?

  Yes, if the distribution completion time goes over the regular 30 day billing period the billing date will be moved.

  Please refer to question #4.

• 25. Can I change / update details submitted?

  Yes, you can change contents of your package any time before final delivery.
